Solar Edu Wheels Wins 2nd Appreciation at Anveshana Competition

In a remarkable achievement, a project from RGUKT Basar, Solar Edu Wheels, has won the 2nd Appreciation Award at the prestigious Anveshana Competition conducted by Agastya International Foundation. The competition was held at Visvesvaraya Bhavan, Khairatabad, bringing together innovative minds from across the region.
The Vision Behind Solar Edu Wheels
Led by SK. Javed, a 2nd-year Engineering student from RGUKT Basar, the project aimed to revolutionize education in remote areas. Accompanied by two bright young students from TGSWREIS Mudhole, S. Ganga Prasad (10th grade) and L. Suraj (9th grade), the team worked tirelessly to bring their vision to life.
Solar Edu Wheels is a solar-powered mobile classroom designed to travel to remote villages and provide quality education to underprivileged students. This innovative project aligns with all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, making it a powerful step toward inclusive and equitable education.
The team’s dedication and hard work paid off when they received the 2nd Appreciation Award along with a ₹5,000 cheque in recognition of their outstanding efforts. Competing against numerous innovative projects, Solar Edu Wheels stood out for its sustainability, impact, and real-world application.
