      Master’s Thesis: Thermal Aware Testing using PSO Optimization Technique

      Description: In the era of testing the digital circuits, huge test vectors are applied to the circuit which makes the circuit to damage due to heat increasing in the circuit tremendously, so that the proposed technique will test the circuits with test vectors which will give good fault tolerance and also has less heat while testing by applying PSO technique to find the test vectors which gives less temperature in the circuit and also good fault tolerance.
