1	Grade Sheet (Memo) of 10th Class Board Examination.
2	Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended.
3	Study/Bonafide Certificates from 4th Class to 10th Class.
4	Caste Certificate (SC/ST/BC) or EWS Certificate Issued by the competent authority through MeeSeva only. EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01-04-2026.
5	Income Certificate / EBC Certificate Must be the latest, issued on or after 01-04-2026 through MeeSeva only.
6	Photographs Six (6) recent passport-size photographs of the candidate. Two (2) passport-size photographs each of any three family members (who will be considered as guardians and allowed to visit or take the student on outings in the absence of parents, for the purpose of issuing the University ID card).
7	Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the candidate.
8	Residence Certificate (only for candidates claiming admission under the Unreserved Category) Proof of residence in Telangana State for a minimum period of 10 years, excluding study/employment outside the state. Alternatively, proof that either parent has resided in the state for at least 10 years (excluding employment outside the state).
9	Medical Certificate issued by a Government General Physician (M.D. in General Medicine). Click Here
