2. Procedure for Applying
  1. Fill the online application form at tsrgukt.aptonline.in and get the Application ID.
  2. Pay the application fee as applicable (through TG Online service).
  3. Print the filled application form.
  4. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports applicants must post their printed application forms along with relevant certificates by Speed Post / Registered Post to reach on or before 20-05-2026.

  • Fee paid through TG Online service; service centre issues receipt.
  • An additional Rs. 25/- service charge is payable to the TG Online Centre per application.
  • If a candidate submits more than one application, the latest application is considered for the selection process.
4. Admission Procedure & Eligibility

Admissions to the first year of the 6-Year Integrated B.Tech Programme (2026-27) will be based on merit in total marks and marks obtained in each subject in the 10th class (SSC/Equivalent examination conducted in 2026), following Telangana State statutory reservations.

Deprivation Score: 4 marks (4% of maximum marks per subject) shall be added for applicants who studied in non-residential Government Schools including Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools of Telangana State.

Local/Non-Local: 85% of total seats reserved for Local Candidates (Telangana State); 15% as per G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 27.02.2025 issued by the Government of Telangana.

Eligibility Criteria
  1. Must have passed SSC (10th Class) or equivalent examination in the first attempt in the year 2026, recognised by the concerned State Governments or Government of Telangana.
  2. Candidates whose age is above 18 years as on 01.06.2026 are not eligible (relaxation: SC/ST +3 years; PH categories +5 years).
  3. International students: Indian Citizenship / PIO / OCI Card Holders (for NRI category only).
5. Selection Method

Selection is based on merit in 10th class marks. Tie-breaking order:

  1. Higher marks in Mathematics
  2. Higher marks in General Science
  3. Higher marks in English
  4. Higher marks in Social Studies
  5. Higher marks in 1st Language
  6. Older candidate (Date of Birth)
  7. Lowest random number from hall ticket number

Students eligible for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) as per Government of Telangana guidelines shall be exempted from payment of tuition fee. Fee revision is presently under consideration of the Government.

8. Documents Required for Certificate Verification

Candidates must bring originals along with photocopies of all the following documents:

  1. 10th Class Grade Sheet / Marks Memo issued by the respective Board
  2. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
  3. Study / Bonafide Certificates from 4th Class to 10th Class
  4. Caste / EWS Certificate — issued by MeeSeva only; EWS certificate must be issued after 01-04-2026
  5. Income / EBC Certificate — latest, issued by MeeSeva after 01-04-2026
  6. Photographs — six passport-size photos of the candidate; two each for three guardians
  7. Aadhar Card photocopy
  8. Residence Certificate (Unreserved category only) — proof of residence in Telangana State for a minimum period of 10 years
  9. Medical Certificate from a Government Physician (M.D. General Medicine) — Download Format
  10. PH Certificate (if applicable) — State Medical Board only
  11. CAP Certificate (if applicable)
