The Department of Civil Engineering at RGUKT has continuously upgraded itself in terms of academic programmes and laboratory facilities. Mission
The mission of the Department of Civil Engineering is to provide quality education to prepare nationally competitive undergraduate students for a successful career in civil engineering. To provide advanced skills and knowledge in state-of-the-art research and design in subareas of civil engineering for undergraduate students. Serving as a reliable, highly capable resource for society, the profession, and the university through activities in professional organizations, campus committees, consultancy and continuing education.
Department of Civil engineering at RGUKT Basar was continuously upgrading itself in terms of the academic programs and infrastructural facilities including the laboratories, since its inception in 2010. We have highly qualified and experienced faculty from reputed institutions to enrich the students technically. We also have sophisticated and advanced laboratories to impart practical knowledge for the students. Our department consists of around 600 students, 10+ faculty and 10 laboratories. The department conducts events like Engineers day, workshops, training programs and field visits. We encourage our students to take part in various project internships and finishing school programs offered by the state Government. Our students have made us really proud by working in public sector and various multinational companies. We would be happy to receive any kind of suggestions from your side.
