Biography

Mr. Shaik Khaleel is an accomplished Assistant Professor and Head of the Department (HoD) of Civil Engineering at RGUKT Basar with a robust academic and field track record spanning over a decade in structural engineering and construction management. He holds an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, bringing a deep technical understanding of structural mechanics, advanced concrete technology, and material behaviors to his academic and industry roles. With 9 years of dedicated teaching experience in higher education, he has been instrumental in mentoring the next generation of civil engineers, designing curriculum frameworks, and leading departmental administrative operations. Complementing his strong academic background is 1.5 years of hands-on industrial construction experience, where he was directly involved in the rigorous execution, structural planning, and stringent quality control of high-rise buildings. Bridging the gap between theory and practice, he actively engages in third-party consultancy services, offering specialist technical expertise to corporate and private clients in material testing and concrete domains. His unique blend of pedagogical excellence, practical site management, and consultancy expertise makes him a versatile leader in civil engineering education and industrial practice.
